You will lead and continuously improve our AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and the CARE insurance system.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, adaptable, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a strong interest in automation, cloud technologies, and AI.

β’ Design and maintain secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective AWS infrastructure.
β’ Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployments and releases.
β’ Deploy, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
β’ Manage Kubernetes resources, including deployments, services, ingress, secrets, namespaces, and persistent volumes.
β’ Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, applications, servers, networks, and system performance.
β’ Perform deployments, scaling, upgrades, and rollbacks while minimizing service disruption.
β’ Apply AWS and Kubernetes best practices for security, availability, performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
β’ Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams on releases, containerization, and infrastructure improvements.
β’ Manage the CARE insurance system, including server administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, user access, and technical support.
β’ Perform and verify backups, restoration, and disaster recovery procedures.
β’ Maintain technical documentation and manage incidents or service requests through the IT ticketing system.

β’ Bachelorβs degree (S1) in any field.
β’ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, System Administration, or a related area.
β’ Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
Azure or GCP experience is a plus.
β’ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
β’ Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.
β’ Scripting or programming skills in Python, Go or Javascript.
β’ Good understanding of cloud security, availability, scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
β’ Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
β’ Agile and adaptable to changing priorities and business requirements.
β’ Experience in IT Audit is a plus
