You need the following qualifications for the position of (Junior) Manager:a completed Master's degree;completed, or currently completing, your training as an RA (Chartered Accountant);at least 4–6 years of relevant work experience as an Accountant;an excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English. What impact will you make?: As a (Junior) Manager, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting less experienced members of your audit team, helping them perform at their best across a range of sectors. You will be their first point of contact and a trusted advisor throughout every stage of the audit process, working closely with both your team and clients to ensure a high-quality audit experience. How do you do this?: preparing the service delivery plan for clients together with Partners and Managers;identifying key problem areas and risks and providing practical, actionable advice;taking responsibility for a significant part of the audit strategy;coordinating and providing the necessary input for internal and external client reporting;auditing complex items in consolidated financial statements;reviewing consolidated financial statements and ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory requirements.
