Senior DevOps Engineer

100% remote- from POLAND UoP (CoE)- ONLY Your new role For our Client we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build, automate, and scale the infrastructure of a fast-growing technology platform delivering real-time services, including AI-powered solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining highly available, low-latency systems and enabling frequent, reliable production releases. Working in an agile, product-focused environment, you will collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment processes, platform reliability, observability, and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting frequent production deployments.Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.Develop and support cloud-agnostic deployment solutions in a multi-cloud environment.Own monitoring, observability, and alerting standards across the platform.Improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities.Support engineering teams by providing practical solutions and enabling fast, safe delivery.Ensure infrastructure changes are automated, reviewed, version-controlled, and reproducible. What you'll need to succeed 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and at least one additional public cloud provider.Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).Proven experience supporting high-frequency deployment environments and modern CI/CD practices.Programming experience in Go and/or Python.Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP, DNS, load balancing, and related protocols.Experience with Kubernetes in production environments, including scaling, performance tuning, and container orchestration.Solid knowledge of monitoring and observability tools covering metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting.Experience with GitOps practices and automated infrastructure management.Familiarity with progressive deployment strategies such as canary releases and rollback mechanisms.Strong understanding of IAM, secrets management, and security best practices.Cost-optimization mindset and experience managing cloud spending.Experience creating and managing temporary development or testing environments.Flunet English What We Are Looking For A proactive, solutions-oriented engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges.Strong ownership mindset and accountability for delivering reliable systems.Passion for new technologies and automation.Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
