Salesforce DevOps Engineer

SUMMARY 💰 160 - 180 PLN/h (B2B) 💰 19 000 – 21 600 PLN brutto (UOP) 📍 Remote or hybrid (Krakow) 💼 Senior Project We are looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join a DevOps team supporting multiple projects across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role combines CI/CD, DevOps processes and Salesforce development knowledge. You will work closely with development teams, helping them deliver changes efficiently, troubleshoot pipeline and development issues, and maintain the tools and environments required for smooth software delivery. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently while supporting multiple teams and projects. You will Configure, maintain and improve CI/CD processes using JenkinsTroubleshoot and analyse Jenkins pipeline errors and support developers in understanding and resolving issuesSupport development processes on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on understanding the architecture and interaction between Salesforce componentsManage Git repositories and support source code management processesManage Salesforce environments, including Scratch OrgsConfigure and maintain code quality and security tools such as SonarQube and Dependency-TrackPerform basic server administration and work with the command lineSupport the AWS environment, including service/node restarts, handling support requests and basic resource troubleshootingProvide cross-team DevOps support across multiple projectsImplement and configure new DevOps toolsIdentify opportunities to improve and automate existing processesCollaborate closely with developers and other technical teams to resolve issues and improve delivery processes Must have Strong, hands-on experience with Jenkins, including CI/CD configuration and troubleshootingGood understanding of Salesforce development and the interaction between Salesforce componentsPractical experience with Git and source code repositoriesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsBasic knowledge of Linux/Unix command line and server administrationAbility to work independently and support multiple teams simultaneouslyGood communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with development teamsFluent English and Polish Nice to have Experience with SonarQubeExperience with Dependency-TrackBasic knowledge of AWSExperience with Salesforce platform administrationPractical experience with Salesforce Scratch OrgsExperience working in a DevOps environment supporting multiple development teams Our offer Relocation package (4500 PLN total value), paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) in case your permanent presence in the office is mandatory, and you need to relocate from another cityBenefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family; Multisport Benefit card; life insurance
