The Digital Investment team develops and executes digital media strategies across programmatic and direct media channels, including CTV, display, video, digital audio, native, and other emerging formats. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day planning, setup, trafficking, pacing, monitoring, optimization, and measurement of digital media campaigns across multiple buying platforms. This role serves as a client-facing media lead across a portfolio of accounts and works closely with account, media strategy, paid social, paid search, creative, analytics, and operations partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with client goals and processes. Responsibilities: Serve as the client-facing Digital Investment lead on account teams, partnering closely with media strategy, paid search, and paid social leads. Develop and recommend digital media plans across programmatic and direct partners based on client objectives, audience, budget, and KPIs. Set up, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns across a variety of DSPs, ensuring accurate campaign structure, targeting, budgets, and tracking. Research, evaluate, and recommend direct media partners and publishers that align with client objectives and audience strategy. Manage the RFP, negotiation, launch, in-flight management, and post-campaign process for direct media partnerships. Coordinate with ad operations on trafficking in DCM and support tracking, Floodlight, creative, and measurement setup for new and existing advertisers. Own in-flight pacing, budget management, QA, optimization, and performance monitoring across assigned campaigns, escalating risks and recommending corrective actions. Troubleshoot trafficking, creative, publisher, and platform issues; coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors as needed. Build clear reporting and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance. Measure campaign impact and effectiveness using relevant quantitative and qualitative metrics, translating performance into clear insights and recommendations for account leads and clients. Provide subject matter expertise across programmatic platforms and digital media channels, helping teams apply best practices in campaign execution and optimization. Stay current on media platforms, industry trends, measurement approaches, and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and team capabilities. About You The essentials: 3+ years of experience in programmatic and/or digital media management, including hands-on campaign execution. Strong understanding of digital media planning, campaign activation, optimization, pacing, and measurement. Experience working with at least one of the following: DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon DSP. Experience working with or familiarity with DCM and digital ad serving and tracking concepts. Experience with one or more digital media channels such as CTV/OTT, digital audio, native, high-impact, video, or direct publisher buys. Experience presenting digital media performance, insights, and strategy in a client-facing setting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to campaign QA, troubleshooting, and delivery against deadlines.
