About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team at Vistex. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and scale complex frontend applications that are integral to our platform's success. You will be responsible for defining and evolving our frontend architecture, implementing state management strategies, and ensuring high-quality, accessible, and maintainable code. Collaborating closely with backend teams, UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA specialists, you will contribute to delivering seamless end-to-end user experiences. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in frontend development, with proven expertise in building scalable and complex applications.Extensive experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services, including practical knowledge of Docker-based deployments.Advanced proficiency with React, React Query, Redux Toolkit, TypeScript, Vite, and React Router.Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).Expertise in modern frontend styling techniques, including CSS/SCSS, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards.Proficiency with version control systems such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and/or AWS.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Responsibilities Design and scale complex frontend applications utilizing TypeScript, React, React Query, Redux, Vite, and React Router, defining the evolution of architecture, state management, and data-fetching strategies.Lead technical analysis and solution design for major features, driving improvements in coding standards and engineering practices across the UI domain.Own the quality, performance, accessibility, and maintainability of frontend solutions, ensuring operational stability from development through production deployment.Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and integrate services using REST, authentication mechanisms, and real-time communication patterns.Resolve complex and ambiguous technical challenges across components, providing clear architectural guidance to the development team.Mentor and coach mid-level and junior developers through structured feedback, pairing, and code reviews to uphold high standards of quality and best practices.Partner with Product, UX/UI, and QA teams to translate requirements into seamless, user-centric experiences.Drive improvements in tooling, testing, and CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment processes and overall team productivity.Contribute to the development of long-term technical strategies, shared component libraries, and the evolution of our design systems.
