What you'll do Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team across Salesforce, digital signage and backend platforms.Drive delivery of secure, scalable solutions that power retail lottery experiences nationwide.Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, development, integrations and automation.Partner with Product, Design and Architecture to shape roadmaps and deliver business outcomes.Champion modern engineering practices, DevOps, AI adoption and continuous improvement. What you'll bring Proven experience leading and coaching software engineering teams in complex environments.Deep technical leadership experience with an understanding of Salesforce and API technologiesStrong software architecture, solution design and technical decision-making capability.Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing and production support practices.The ability to influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and drive meaningful outcomes.
