The role We’re looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join our engineering team and help build, deploy, and maintain modern web applications. You’ll be joining a company working at the cutting edge of geopolitical analysis with a strong ethical core, providing tech solutions to support the work of a range of teams and workstreams. What you’ll do Take end-to-end ownership of the development of web applications, from requirements gathering and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.Design, build, deploy, and maintain web applications using Python/FastAPI, JavaScript, Docker, and AWS, with React where appropriate. Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.Use Git for version control and team collaboration.Support infrastructure and deployment workflows using tools like Ansible and Terraform. What we’re looking for Degree in Computer Science (or similar learning / training).2+ years' hands-on experience with web application development.Working knowledge of Git / CI/CD.Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work.
