We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the development and evolution of a web platform, working hands-on across both frontend and backend. The immediate focus of this role is full stack web development, primarily using TypeScript, React, Express, PostgreSQL, and AWS within a Docker-containerized three-tier architecture. We are looking for an experienced engineer who has built end-to-end web applications and can work autonomously, solve technical problems across different layers of the application, and contribute to implementation and architecture decisions when needed. In the future, the product is expected to incorporate capabilities related to Web3/Blockchain and, later, Artificial Intelligence integrations. Experience or interest in these areas is valued but not required for this position. Requirements Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack features using TypeScriptBuild frontend interfaces and reusable components with ReactDevelop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and ExpressWork with PostgreSQL for data persistence, queries, and data managementContribute to the development and maintenance of a three-tier application architectureWork with containerized applications using DockerDevelop and operate solutions within an AWS environmentIdentify and troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, database, and application integrationsParticipate in technical discussions and contribute to software architecture decisions when requiredCollaborate with the team responsible for CI/CD and infrastructure, contributing to troubleshooting and improvements when neededConduct code reviews and promote development best practices, code quality, and maintainabilityCollaborate effectively with a distributed team across Mexico and the United States Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional software development experienceStrong experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with hands-on involvement in both frontend and backend developmentStrong practical experience with JavaScript and TypeScriptSolid experience building modern web applications with ReactExperience developing backend services and APIs with Node.js, ideally using ExpressExperience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQLHands-on experience with applications or services deployed on AWSPractical experience with Docker and containerized applicationsAbility to work autonomously and troubleshoot problems across different layers of an applicationStrong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of technical challengesAdvanced English proficiency, both spoken and written, required to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members in the United States Nice to Have Experience with Drizzle ORM or other ORMs within the TypeScript ecosystemExperience with Tailwind CSS and/or Radix UIPractical knowledge of CI/CD, deployments, and pipeline troubleshootingExperience contributing to software architecture and technical design decisionsExperience with RedisKnowledge or previous experience with Web3, Blockchain, or SolanaExposure to AI-powered integrations or solutions What We Are Looking For Beyond the technology stack, we are looking for a hands-on, cross-functional engineer who understands how the different layers of an application interact and can take ownership of features from implementation through successful integration.
