We are looking for a Dev Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for endpoint configuration management capabilities. You will combine engineering leadership with hands-on technical expertise to help customers define desired configurations, apply changes safely, and maintain consistent settings across their environments. Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and regular feedbackOwn delivery outcomes within the agreed scope, provide practical estimates, and make capacity and priority tradeoffs visibleWork with Product Management and EVP to define priorities and translate customer needs into executive reporting capabilities.
