Senior .NET Developer

About The Role Devfinity is looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of reliable, scalable, and high-performing applications. In this role, you will work primarily with C#, .NET Core, and MSSQL to develop APIs, web applications, and software solutions while maintaining and improving existing systems. You will collaborate with frontend developers and other cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performing applications, participate in technical discussions and code reviews, and contribute to solving complex development challenges. Key Responsibilities 5+ years of demonstrable professional experience in software design and development.Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and MSSQL.Good understanding of API development and web application development.Knowledge and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly Angular, is preferred.Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Experience with Git and version control systems.Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may also be considered. Minimum Technical Requirements 5+ years of demonstrated professional experience as an Angular / UI Developer.Strong hands-on experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and SCSS.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues in web applications.Working knowledge of CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI.Understanding of SEO principles and experience developing SEO-friendly websites.Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON.Professional experience using Git and version control systems.Good knowledge of SASS and web accessibility standards.Familiarity with the Node Package Manager (NPM) ecosystem and registry.Familiarity with design and project management tools such as Figma, Photoshop, JIRA, or similar platforms.Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferred Skills Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.Understanding of software architecture and design principles.Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD, or DevOps practices is a plus.Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional development environment.
