About the Role Oneleet is seeking a Software Engineer, Integrations to build and maintain the integrations that connect its security platform with cloud providers, security tools, and third-party services. This is a backend-heavy engineering role focused on reliability, data quality, and integration coverage. You will ensure that Oneleet can consistently collect the right security signals from external systems and make that information available to downstream security and compliance features. As part of the engineering team, you will collaborate closely with the founding team and other engineers to understand business and customer needs and help build the core technology powering the Oneleet platform. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain integrations with AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud environments. Develop integrations with third-party security tools and external services. Discover cloud resources, synchronize configurations, and surface relevant security data. Design data pipelines that normalize and validate inputs from diverse APIs. Handle real-world API challenges including inconsistent responses, pagination, rate limits, and evolving schemas. Implement authentication flows using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, API keys, and service accounts. Build reliable and recoverable integrations with strong error handling and retry mechanisms. Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting for integration failures and operational issues. Create clear documentation covering integration behavior, data mappings, and troubleshooting procedures. Improve engineering standards, tooling, and reusable patterns that make future integrations faster to develop. Collaborate with engineering teams to understand downstream data requirements. Ensure integrations consistently deliver the data required by Oneleet's security platform. Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional software development experience, particularly in backend APIs, integrations, or data pipelines. Experience with strongly typed compiled programming languages such as: Go Java C# C++ Rust Strong preference for Go experience. Experience integrating with REST APIs and working from API documentation. Ability to handle real-world API behavior and integration challenges. Experience working with SQL. Experience building or maintaining SaaS platform backends. Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take ownership of technical challenges. Comfortable working independently in an environment that values initiative and accountability. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of authentication standards including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML. Professional experience in information security. Familiarity with cloud provider APIs and SDKs, including: AWS SDK GCP client libraries Azure SDK Experience with integration testing and debugging tools.
