Regulatory and Cross-Product Regulatory and Cross-Product Technology provides Investment Bank with a dedicated team that capitalizes on the rapidly evolving technology industry to deliver new platforms to meet business needs for cross-products and regulatory reporting. As part of our team within the Berlin Tech Hub, you will be responsible for helping to drive Deutsche Bank’s strategy for technological excellence. In tandem with business, product owners, architects, software engineers and engineers in testing you will be building development backlog, distributing, and prioritizing tasks across the team and driving them to completion to deliver industry leading technology solutions. > You love this job but feel you cannot tick 100% of the boxes? Your Key Responsibilities Contribute into building a shared platform architecture and code base across Fintech Enablement applications allowing quicker time to market of new solutions.Use your full stack or backend Java experience for designing and developing new and existing applications within a cloud-based high availability architectureAssist in the adoption of modern engineering practices, design principles and Agile methodology across the Fintech Enablement teamEngage with the business sponsors and stakeholders to implement requirements according to agreed timelinesPartner with QA to ensure quality solutions are delivered to end usersProvide Level 3 support Your Skills And Experiences Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise work flows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs Experience in Core Java, Java functional libraries (e.g. Vavr) and Database Technologies (e.g. SQL, Hibernate, NoSQL)Practical experience with build tools (e.g. Gradle, Maven), version control (e.g. Git), continuous integration systems (e.g. Teamcity, Jenkins) and UnixKnowledge of various design and architectural patternsUnderstanding of industry standard processes for build, deploy, release and support (CI/CD, incident/problem/change management etc.)Experience in cloud based, distributed, highly available and fault tolerant applications is a plusKnowledge of Google Cloud is an advantageExperience in building large scale and highly available (REST) API’s in Java is a plus What We Offer We provide you with a comprehensive portfolio of benefits and offerings to support both, your private and professional needs.
