About The Role We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our dynamic team at our Valencia, CA corporate office. The Web Developer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our organizational websites, intranet pages, and other web-based systems. This position involves working closely with management and the IT development team to create user-friendly, functional, and secure web solutions that support our business operations and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating seamless online experiences. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Proven experience in web development, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side scripting languages such as PHP or Python, is essential. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), web hosting environments, and version control systems like Git is required. Candidates should have a solid understanding of web security practices, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are critical. Prior experience working on healthcare or enterprise-level web projects is a plus. Responsibilities Consult with management and members of the IT development team to gather comprehensive information regarding desired web UI, functionalities, features, data requirements, and system interfaces.Determine optimal web-based solutions for both external customer-facing sites and internal organizational portals.Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to guide development efforts.Develop, test, and deploy new web pages and features, ensuring they meet organizational standards and user expectations.Run test transactions and perform thorough testing to identify and resolve errors or bugs in web applications.Analyze code to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance security measures.Maintain existing websites by updating content, improving functionality, and ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web solutions with other internal systems and databases.Stay informed about emerging web technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve our web presence.
