This role involves collaborating with development teams, writing tech specifications and code, and maintaining automation frameworks to support efficient testing cycles. How You Will Make an Impact: Come up with solution designs and architecture for Cloud-native softwareSupport the development and maintenance of complex software systems following IT standards and requirementsEnsure the performance, quality, and maintainability of applicationsConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standardsParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment and system analysisStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive. What Makes You a Great Fit: Good Java 21+ development experience and its frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot 3.0+, Spring WebFlux, and tools like Jenkins, Git, Java module system, Maven, and DockerExperience with message handling (Kafka), S3 file processing, and asynchronous flow redirectionFamiliarity with XML parsing, transformation, and validation logicExperience addressing technical debt, writing clean code, and automating testsStrong experience in drafting technical specifications and data modelsStrong knowledge of event-driven architectureFluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level Nice-to-Have (Considered an Advantage): Go development experienceProven experience and strong knowledge in banking IT solutionsExperience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Selenide, TestNG, or Postman, performance testing tools JMeter, Gatling or k6.
