Position Overview As a Software Developer within our Digital Experience organization, you will join one of our development teams and play a key role in designing and developing modern web applications that create seamless and meaningful experiences for both customers and internal users. This particular team works primarily with frontend development in React. Over time, you may move between teams and take on different types of development tasks. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment alongside developers, UX specialists, and testers, you will help transform ideas into intuitive, user-centered digital products. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance frontend applications in React, working on a sales web portal Create simple, user-friendly interfaces Collaborate with developers, UX, and business stakeholders Improve quality through testing and test automation Explore AI and new technologies to drive smarter development Help identify opportunities for improvement in our solutions and processes Qualifications & Skills Education in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field Experience with React or similar frameworks through studies, personal projects, internships, or previous work Strong interest in creating great user experiences Curiosity about AI and its application in software development Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills Passion for simplifying, improving, and challenging existing processes Confidence to share ideas, provide constructive feedback, and drive innovation Meriting Skills Test automation UX/UI and user-centered development and design Modern frontend technologies and development tools beyond React Agile development practices and continuous improvement methodologies Who are you?
