Working as a Front-end engineer for AH Store Technology Platform means you build state-of-the-art apps, while creating an impact on tens of thousands of your colleagues.
For this vacancy, we are looking for a medior React Native engineer for @AH: our internal employee app.
This Is How You Will Reinvent Food Retail.
You are involved from refinement to release and support of the employee app, used by 85,000 colleagues every week.
Build code, implement and execute automated testing, ensure security, and code quality, contribute to best practices and deployments.
Are a valued team member, that contributes and removes obstacles.
Work closely with your fellow Engineers, Engineering Manager, Product Owner, and our development community.
You'll join a divers and energetic team of eight engineers: four backend, three front-end and one QA.
AI tooling is part of our daily work, and we use it deliberately, with a clear sense of where it helps and where it doesn't.

The recipe for maximum impact:
Strong understanding of React Native and its principles is a must (2+ years hands-on) Familiar with app compilation, review and release in App- or Play Store.
Passionate about tech and building products your colleagues love.
Excellent communication skills, open, transparent and motivated CI/CD; not just understanding the concept, but proven to have used this in previous assignments.
Also great, but not required:
Command of the Dutch language can be beneficial while communicating with colleagues from the stores.
Experience with web technologies in general and the development of Progressive Web Apps
