We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join an engineering team responsible for building automation services, workflows and integrations for internal technology platforms.
The role involves analysing business controls, designing automated solutions, developing APIs and data schemas, and delivering scalable platform services.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse technology controls and identify opportunities for automation.Design and develop automation services, workflows and integrations.Develop robust APIs, data schemas and process flows.Design and implement scalable solutions for platform control automation.Work with Internal Developer Platforms, Hosting Platforms and Cloud environments.Contribute to continuous improvement, process automation and engineering excellence.Collaborate with global engineering and functional teams.Provide technical leadership and support distributed engineering teams.Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and present technical/business information clearly.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
5+ years of software engineering experience.Strong Full Stack / Software Engineering background.Experience developing APIs, data schemas and integrations.Experience with multiple programming languages / polyglot development.Good understanding of databases, Linux and web technologies.Experience with Internal Developer Platforms, Hosting Platforms and Cloud.Strong understanding of automation and workflow development.Experience working in Agile / iterative delivery environments.Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.C1/C2 Polish – mandatory.Business-level English – mandatory.Nice to Have
