Description

About the role: As an Account Executive based in Manila and supporting the UKI market, you will manage a high volume, partner led sales motion for new customer opportunities within organisations of 200–499 employees. This is primarily a reactive role: partners will bring qualified requirements and request quotations, and you will translate those needs into the appropriate AvePoint solution, licensing model, pricing and commercial structure. You will own opportunities from request through quote, commercial follow up and close, while delivering a fast, accurate and consistent partner experience. The role does not have dedicated pre sales support. You will therefore be expected to understand the standard AvePoint portfolio, share approved pre recorded demonstrations and supporting sales assets alongside quotations, and clearly explain the commercial proposition. Opportunities requiring deeper technical discovery or bespoke demonstrations must be identified early and managed through the agreed escalation process. You will work UKI aligned hours from our Manila operation and collaborate closely with UKI channel, sales operations and commercial teams. Key responsibilities: Respond promptly to partner generated quote requests for UKI new customer opportunities within the 200–499 employee segment. Validate the customer requirement, use case, employee count, licensing scope, term and route to market before preparing a quotation. Align each requirement to the relevant AvePoint solution, packaging, pricing and approved commercial structure. Own the opportunity from initial request through quotation, partner follow up, commercial negotiation, closure and handover. Provide approved pre recorded demonstrations, product collateral and standard value messaging with quotations where relevant. Explain standard product capabilities and commercial options confidently without relying on dedicated pre-sales support. Identify non standard technical, commercial or contractual requirements and escalate them through the agreed process without delaying partner communication. Build trusted, responsive relationships with reseller partners across UKI, making AvePoint easy to transact with. Maintain accurate CRM records, including opportunity stage, value, close date, partner, customer requirement and next action. Manage a high volume of concurrent opportunities against response time, conversion, subscription ARR and forecast accuracy targets. Provide structured feedback on recurring partner needs, objections and process friction to improve enablement and commercial execution. The ideal candidate has: Experience in indirect SaaS, software, cloud or technology sales, ideally in a account executive role. A track record of progressing and closing partner led opportunities in a fast paced, transactional environment. Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to translate customer needs into suitable licensing, term, pricing and packaging options. Confidence presenting standard product capabilities and value propositions using approved pre recorded demonstrations and sales assets. Sufficient technical curiosity to qualify requirements, recognise complexity and escalate appropriately without dedicated pre sales support. Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and credibly with UKI partners and customers. Strong organisation, attention to detail and urgency when managing multiple quote requests and follow up actions. Disciplined CRM and forecasting habits, with accountability for data quality and next-step management. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, data protection, governance or cloud management is advantageous. Availability to work UKI aligned hours from Manila and collaborate effectively across regional teams. What's in it for me?
