Now reinventing ITSM/ESM for the agentic era. The Role Senior Software Engineer building and modernising the Knowledge Base - a product used by millions daily. Full-stack: polished accessible UI one day, fast reliable back-end the next. This is NOT a traditional senior role with AI bolted on. You work with Claude Code as your primary collaborator - framing problems, orchestrating agents, and owning verification. You are part of the teams setting the AI-native operating model for the whole org.
