We are now looking for highly-motivated employees, who would like to shape the future of mobility together with us!We are looking for candidates for the position:Quality Engineer- Complaint managementJoin our newly established Complaint Management Team in the Quality Department.Our team is responsible for analyzing supplier parts issues, handling complaints, and monitoring the problem-solving process with suppliers to ensure high-quality parts are delivered.Task:Organizes claims and complaints of parts issues to the supplier, coordinates with other departments and the supplier dirt point, clean point and the sorting of the supply chain and rework options. Ensures implementation and execution.Plans required quality-relevant activities during the claim process including requesting and approval of 8D reports from the supplier and makes sure sustainable actions to avoid failures in the future are taken.Conducts process audits at suppliers.Verifies the facts in the event of damages in the production or during delivery of new goods. Clarifies cost schedules and resulting claims with the suppliers and take part in negotiations.Revises supplier documents such as product and process FMEA’ s, production control plans, PPAP documents and releases under general guidance and direction supplier parts.Use QM methods and failure analysis. Interprets the results of the tests in reflection to the existing problem and necessary measures.
