Senior Python Developer

We're looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our team in Vilnius. This is a core backend engineering role where you'll own meaningful parts of a platform used by millions every day — from architecture decisions to production deployments. We don't do "simple" here. You'll join a team that handles massive data flows and complex backend logic across 160+ countries. What You'll Do Architecture & Development — Design and build high-quality, scalable software solutions powering real-world operations globally.System Ownership — Take full ownership of your modules, from architectural decisions and estimation through to deployment and production monitoring.Code Quality — Write, maintain, and execute code and test scripts with a focus on reliability and best practices.Technical Documentation — Create and maintain clear documentation that keeps the team aligned.Cross-Team Collaboration— Partner with your team to define requirements, estimate timelines, and shape planning — from weekly sprints to long-term roadmaps.
