Our client is a fast-growing compliance startup that offers a complete compliance management suite for all "know your customer" (KYC) requirements in the financial services and other sectors wishing to provide their services in cyberspace.
The company's platform provides an integrated solution that is banking-core friendly and spans both photo and live video identity verification, data monitoring, screening, due diligence, risk scoring, and case management.

What you will do
Maintain, improve, and extend the platform and its supporting infrastructure.
Develop and maintain reusable infrastructure-as-code (IaC) modules using Terraform.
Develop internal tools and integrations, including Terraform providers and supporting services.
Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure and applications.
Investigate and debug application code when resolving production and platform-related issues.
Occasionally investigate and troubleshoot database performance and operational issues across SQL and NoSQL/vector database technologies.
Use GitOps practices to manage and deliver infrastructure and software changes.
Develop automation and software to support the needs of the Platform and Development teams.
Improve the platform's reliability, observability, performance, and operational efficiency.
What we are looking for
At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or a similar role.
Strong general programming and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand, debug, and modify unfamiliar codebases.
Hands-on experience with at least one general-purpose programming or scripting language; experience with Go or Python is an advantage.
Ability to troubleshoot application-level issues; experience working with .NET/C# applications is an advantage.
Good understanding of relational databases, SQL, and database performance troubleshooting.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, vector databases such as Milvus, or similar database technologies is an advantage.
Experience with metrics, monitoring, alerting, and logging tools.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Linux.
Experience with infrastructure and operational automation.
Experience with cloud-based security management.
Experience with Azure and Argo CD is an advantage.
Good English communication skills.
