About The Role A career as a Senior DevOps Integrator in the Software Engineering - Developer Experience team at National Bank offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of technological innovation. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with expertise in integrating and operating DevOps platforms utilized by various technology delivery teams. The Senior DevOps Integrator will play a pivotal role in enhancing delivery reliability, strengthening environment security, and elevating developer experience through automation, cloud expertise, and software development skills. This position involves designing, evolving, and maintaining CI/CD platforms, automating infrastructure and deployments, and supporting development teams in adopting best DevOps practices. The role demands a proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement to ensure the bank’s technological infrastructure remains robust, secure, and efficient. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.Significant experience in DevOps integration and management of CI/CD platforms such as GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar tools.Hands-on experience working with AWS cloud environments, Kubernetes, and Docker containers.Proficiency in at least one programming language, including Python, Go, or Ansible.Knowledge of GitOps practices and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure platform stability.Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Design, develop, and operate CI/CD pipelines based on GitHub, Jenkins, and other automation tools to support software delivery teams effectively.Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes using Terraform, ensuring environments are consistent, high-performing, and secure.Develop and maintain platform services and automation scripts utilizing languages such as Python, Groovy, or Go to streamline operations.Contribute to the secure and reliable integration of technology solutions within AWS cloud environments, ensuring compliance with security standards.Support development teams in adopting DevOps practices, promoting shared standards, and enhancing overall platform usability.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pipeline stability, performance, and operational efficiency.Participate in incident management and troubleshooting to resolve platform issues swiftly and effectively.
