As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion across Europe, designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers our growth.
You'll work closely with our development teams to streamline deployment processes, elevate our CI/CD pipelines, and ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable as we expand into new markets.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to shape infrastructure decisions at a company scaling fast across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWSDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment processesCollaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycleImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and managementMonitor system performance and health using New Relic, ensuring high availability and reliabilityImplement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards (including PCI DSS where applicable)Design and support infrastructure across multiple regions, with an eye toward resilience, redundancy, and data residency requirementsParticipate in a rolling on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support and ensuring critical issues are resolved quickly and efficientlyMentor junior team members and champion DevOps best practices across the team
Your Skills & Experience
What we are looking for:
3+ years of experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or equivalentProven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform on AWSStrong background in AWS, including ECS, RDS, VPC, and ideally IoT CoreProficiency with CI/CD tools, specifically GitHubExperience with monitoring/observability tools such as New RelicHands-on experience with Docker and containerized environmentsSolid understanding of networking, security, and system architectureExcellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detailStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across team
