Full Stack Developer As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and continuously improving scalable full-stack solutions for our next-generation agentic AI platform. You will work closely with product manager, project managers, AI engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business and product requirements into robust technical solutions. You will also contribute to the technical direction of the platform, promote engineering best practices, and support knowledge sharing across the development team. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code while ensuring maintainability and long-term scalability.Design and implement real-time dashboards displaying agent status, performance metrics, activity logs, and operational insights.Develop intuitive user interfaces for configuring AI agents, including drag-and-drop workflow builders, prompt management tools, and configuration interfaces.Build applications that enable human oversight of AI agents, including intervention tools, role-based permissions, quality assurance workflows, and interaction review capabilities.Develop interactive workflow visualizations, including agent decision trees, execution flows, and state transitions.Create analytics dashboards and reporting capabilities by implementing backend data aggregation, APIs, and frontend data visualizations.Design and implement integrations with external systems, APIs, and third-party services, ensuring reliable orchestration, monitoring, and error handling.Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex software issues while continuously improving application performance, reliability, and security.Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes to ensure high software quality.Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, designers, AI engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Review code, mentor other developers, and actively promote knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the engineering team.Research emerging technologies, evaluate new tools and frameworks, and recommend improvements that enhance product capabilities and development efficiency.Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of the platform, supporting scalable and future-proof solutions. Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies, particularly React and TypeScript/JavaScript.Strong experience with backend development, databases, and API development and integration.Solid understanding of software architecture, application design principles, and software development best practices.Experience building scalable, reliable, and high-quality applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and translate business and product requirements into technical solutions. Nice to Have Experience developing AI-powered products, agentic platforms, conversational AI applications, or similar solutions.Understanding of generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI agent concepts.Experience with real-time applications, monitoring tools, analytics dashboards, or data visualization.Experience with workflow builders, visual editors, or drag-and-drop interfaces.Experience integrating applications with AI services, external APIs, and third-party platforms.Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and modern deployment practices.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
