Job DescriptionWhat's On Your Plate? Process all relevant tasks related to customs, airports, and other bodies. Liaising with the respective dept e.g the marketing dept to issue a license for a campaign (e.g discounts, offers, rewards). In addition to the clearance process of shipments at the customs department. Assist departments in resolving any issues related to company vehicle registration and renewal. Renewing official documents of the company, e.g., trade license, chamber of commerce, CR, import license, PAFN, municipality license. Clearance process of shipments at the customs department Carrying out procedures for issuing new branch licenses or CRs for new locations and obtaining all necessary approvals, licenses, and training Issuing health certificates for all staff required to hold the same. Attesting contracts & agreements before the relevant authorities, whenever it is required. Delivering any correspondences to authorities or companies Assisting in Traffic Department processes such as renewing registration books, advertising permits, and driver’s licenses for our riders and 3PL if needed. Issuing permits for food control for staff and company vehicles. Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the supervisor, including miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Managing the PRO day-to-day processing of all visas, permit, licensing, and registration transactions while coordinating with the relevant government authorities and agencies. Oversee the processing of all visa categories, including employment and residence visas for employees, as well as visas required for entertainers and guests. Ensure the timely submission of all required documents to the Immigration and Labor authorities for cancelled or absconding employees, enabling their removal from the company’s sponsorship records Ensure that all departure and exit formalities are completed following visa cancellation. Obtain quarterly sponsorship reports from the Immigration and Labor authorities, reconcile them against internal records, and resubmit them with the necessary supporting documentation.
