Description

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Good written and spoken English skills. Must Have: Strong JavaScript & TypeScript Experience: Hands-on development experience in JavaScript and TypeScript with ReactJS.Git & GitHub Version Control Workflows: Proven experience with GitHub and best practices—including branching, pulling, handling merge conflicts, and code reviews.Basic Cloud Fundamentals: Solid understanding of core cloud concepts on at least one major platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Nice to Have: Atlassian Forge & Platform Knowledge: Direct experience with Atlassian Forge, REST APIs, Jira, or Jira Service Management (JSM) is a strong plus.AI Tooling & Agentic AI: Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI development agents/tools to optimize coding, testing, and productivity.ITSM & Service Portals: General understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, workflows, and service desks.
