One of our products, Agentcis is a CRM software for Education Consultancy involved in International education. It is a global product that has a presence in 20+ countries with a major customer base in Australia, India, Nepal, and so on. About the Role: We are looking for an Associate DevOps Engineer to support our monitoring, alerting, and deployment processes within our AWS/EC2 and GitHub Actions environment. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn DevOps fundamentals while working closely with experienced engineers. You'll gain hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring, with guidance from senior team members. Responsibilities Monitoring & Observability: Assist in monitoring application and infrastructure performance using Grafana Ecosystem.Analyze logs and metrics to identify trends and potential issues.Help maintain dashboards and alerting mechanisms for proactive incident response.Deployment & Release Management: Support deployment processes using GitHub Actions.Work with development teams to ensure smooth releases.Troubleshoot deployment issues with guidance from senior engineers.Learn and explore Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of experience in DevOps.Basic understanding of DevOps principles and cloud infrastructure.Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) and CI/CD concepts.Some experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation.Eagerness to learn and problem-solving mindset.Bonus Skills Exposure to AWS,GCP, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.Basic knowledge of GitHub Actions or CI/CD tools.
