Senior .NET Developer

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core.Develop robust, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular, React, or similar modern frontend frameworks.Design and optimize databases using SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, indexes, and performance tuning.Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.Develop and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud platforms.Work with cloud services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus, or equivalent AWS services.Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Azure AD/Entra ID, or similar technologies.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, code reviews, and development best-practice initiatives.Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.Troubleshoot application and production issues and identify appropriate technical solutions.Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other development teams.Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with C#.Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.Experience developing REST APIs / Web APIs.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core and LINQ.Good understanding of microservices and distributed application architecture.Hands-on experience with Angular or React.Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.Experience with HTML5 and CSS3.Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.Understanding of responsive web application development.Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures.Experience with database design, indexing, optimization, and performance tuning.Experience using ORM technologies such as Entity Framework Core.Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform:Microsoft Azure, orAmazon Web Services (AWS).Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.Knowledge of cloud services, security, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Azure experience is preferred, particularly Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus, and Application Insights.Experience with Git and source control.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.Knowledge of Docker/containerization.Understanding of automated build, test, and deployment processes.Experience with unit testing using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.Experience with mocking frameworks such as Moq.Understanding of integration and API testing.Good to Have Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Amazon EKS.Knowledge of Redis/caching.Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.Knowledge of MongoDB, Cosmos DB, or other NoSQL databases.Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or Infrastructure as Code.Experience with application monitoring and observability tools.Knowledge of secure software development practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
