Location: Arninge,Stockholm County, Sweden. 5 days/week Communication Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken We are is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Embedded Systems Department. This role combines hands-on DevOps engineering with team leadership responsibilities and offers the opportunity to influence the future development of a critical software production environment. Role & Responsibilities In addition to technical DevOps work, the assignment includes acting as Team Lead for the DevOps team. Key responsibilities include: Planning, prioritizing, and driving team activitiesCoordinating initiatives across multiple stakeholdersSupporting the strategic development of the DevOps functionEnsuring operational stability and continuous improvement of internal systems and servicesLeading initiatives within automation, infrastructure, and software deliveryMaintaining and supporting business-critical internal systems and servicesRequired Experience & Competence The ideal candidate has documented experience in several of the following areas: DevOps & Infrastructure Administration and support of Linux and macOS clients and servers within software development environmentsPython scripting and automationCloud-based services and application development (AWS and/or Azure)Strong understanding of modern DevOps principles and methodologiesCI/CD & Automation Proven experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CD)Building and maintaining automated software delivery pipelinesInfrastructure automation and system integrationTools & Platforms Experience integrating and automating workflows through REST APIs and platforms such as: BitbucketJenkinsArtifactoryGitLabJiraOperations & Systems Management VMware-based virtualized server environmentsSystem documentation, operational procedures, and configuration managementIP networking and network troubleshootingTicketing and issue management systemsAI-Driven Development The team actively leverages AI-assisted development tools as part of daily engineering work.
