What you'll do
Lead solution and front-end architecture for enterprise digital experiences.Design scalable, modular applications using Node.js, JavaScript, Angular/React, HTML5 and CSS3.Define reusable UI components, patterns and architecture across operational journeys.Translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.Collaborate with Integration, Core Platform and Data teams on API-driven and near real-time experiences.Provide technical leadership across solution design, code quality, performance, security and governance.Design for role-based access, auditability, accessibility and multi-geography requirements.Drive technical quality including testing, performance optimisation and CI/CD.Mentor development teams while remaining hands-on with architecture and solution design.
What we're looking for:
10–15 years' enterprise IT experience, including significant solution architecture / technical leadership.Strong hands-on experience with:Node.jsJavaScript / TypeScriptAngular or ReactHTML5 / CSS3Strong front-end and solution architecture experience.Experience with reusable components and modular / micro-frontend patterns.Strong REST API and microservices integration experience.Understanding of performance, accessibility and secure UI design.Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
Desirable
