Digital Product Manager – E-commerce | £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to own and improve the basket and checkout experience across a major e-commerce platform. This is a key product role focused on making the customer journey simpler, faster and more commercially effective, from adding products to the basket through to booking completion and confirmation. You’ll be responsible for areas including: Basket and checkout journeysCheckout summary and confirmation experiencesAdding, managing and upgrading products within the basketReservation and basket-hold functionalityAbandoned/forgotten basketsIdentifying opportunities to improve conversion and customer experienceDriving the ongoing product roadmap and development The organisation is looking to significantly improve its approach to basket and checkout, so this is a genuine change and improvement opportunity, rather than a role focused on maintaining an established process.
