Senior Software Engineer | Java | React | AWS/Azure Hybrid | Permanent I’m currently working with a leading UK technology and software consultancy that is looking to add an experienced Senior Software Engineer to one of their Central Government delivery teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a Full Stack Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working with modern technologies, and having genuine ownership across the software development lifecycle. The Role: You’ll join an Agile engineering team delivering bespoke software solutions for high-profile customers, working across areas including: Full-stack software development using Java, TypeScript/JavaScript and ReactDesigning, developing and testing high-quality softwareBuilding and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with tools such as GitLabWorking with AWS and Azure cloud environmentsContributing across the full software lifecycle from requirements and architecture through to deployment and ongoing supportWorking closely with customers and technical stakeholdersTaking technical leadership responsibility where appropriate to your experience What They're Looking For: They're particularly interested in speaking with Senior Engineers who have strong commercial experience with: JavaTypeScript / JavaScriptReactAWS and/or AzureAgile software developmentModern CI/CD and software engineering practices Security Clearance Due to the nature of the projects, you’ll need to be eligible to obtain UK security clearance.
