is looking for a QA Engineer Logistics EMEA for a 12-month fixed-term position based in Eindhoven.
You will play an important role in maintaining quality and compliance across logistics and distribution processes in the EMEA region.
Working within the European Distribution Center, you will support the Quality Management System (QMS), manage quality issues, analyze performance trends, and contribute to continuous improvement.
You will collaborate closely with Logistics, Quality, Supply Chain, Business Areas, and external logistics partners to ensure quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Support quality-related activities across Logistics Operations within the EMEA Distribution Center.Manage non-conformances involving inbound, process, premises and equipment, and outbound logistics.Support complaint investigations, including documentation, root cause analysis, and timely closure.Review, approve, and maintain quality records and environmental monitoring data.Support the Quality Hold process and coordinate communication and execution with internal and external stakeholders.Maintain and improve the Quality Management System and related documentation.Identify quality improvement opportunities and implement corrective and preventive actions.Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and distribution processes.Analyze quality KPIs, identify trends and recurring issues, and drive actions to improve performance.Act as a quality partner for warehouse, logistics, and distribution stakeholders.Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure compliance with quality requirements.Provide backup support to the Logistics Quality team when required.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Logistics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.At least 1 year of experience in Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and quality processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach.Ability to collaborate effectively with logistics, quality, supply chain, and external stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the medical device industry.Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another regulated industry.Experience supporting quality activities within logistics or distribution operations.Experience with non-conformance management, complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.Experience working with third-party logistics providers.Work Arrangement
