About The Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Frontend Developer with a specialization in WordPress to join our team in Viersen. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work within agile teams that value flat hierarchies and encourage creative freedom. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for managing existing client projects, developing custom WordPress templates, and ensuring the technical and visual quality of websites. Your role will involve collaborating with team members on mid-sized to large-scale projects, each exceeding 500 hours, and maintaining high standards of code quality and design excellence. You will have the chance to work on diverse projects, from responsive website designs to complex integrations, and directly interact with clients if desired. This role is ideal for someone who loves WordPress beyond cookie-cutter templates and enjoys crafting bespoke digital experiences that stand out. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for WordPress development and a solid technical background. Proven experience in front-end development, with fluency in HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP, is essential. Familiarity with Docker and version control systems like Git is required, along with practical knowledge of Bootstrap and Symfony frameworks. The candidate should have a keen eye for detail, emphasizing code quality and user experience.
