Take ownership of end-to-end feature development across our new Data Platform - from frontend (React/TypeScript) to backend (Go)Play a key role in building our platform from 0→1, owning features from idea to productionBuild and ship user-facing features that enable non-technical users to configure complex data onboarding and pipeline processesWork across the stack to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver high-impact product featuresCollaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to turn high-level problems into pragmatic, working solutionsActively challenge product and UX decisions, contributing your own ideas to simplify complex workflowsContribute to both frontend architecture and backend services, ensuring smooth integration between UI, APIs, and data processing logicMake pragmatic trade-offs between speed and scalability, focusing on shipping value earlyTake ownership of features in production, including debugging, iteration, and continuous improvement
What are we looking for?
5+ years of experience building modern web applications across frontend and backendStrong experience with React and TypeScriptSolid backend experience with GoProven ability to build and ship features end-to-end, ideally in early-stage or fast-moving environmentsStrong product mindset - you think in terms of solving user problems, not just implementing tasksComfortable working with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect specsAbility to take ownership of features, from idea to productionExcellent English communication skills, able to collaborate with distributed teamsBerlin-based (or willing to relocate)
