You will take operational responsibility for maintenance during your shift and lead our team of Maintenance Technicians.You set priorities, ensure safe and structured ways of working and act as the key link between Maintenance and Operations. When critical breakdowns occur, you take the lead and work with your team to get our systems back up and running quickly.Your leadership skills, technical understanding and hands-on mindset will help us keep our operation running smoothly and ensure that around 10,000 orders reach our customers on time every day.What you’ll doLead & develop your team: You lead the Maintenance Technicians during your shift, coach them on the job and support their development.Own the shift: You set priorities, coordinate maintenance activities and ensure high-quality work and equipment availability.Manage critical breakdowns: You coordinate your team during technical issues and work closely with Operations to minimize downtime.Drive safety & structure: You ensure that safety standards are followed and that maintenance work is carried out in a clean and structured environment.Drive continuous improvement: You identify improvement opportunities and implement Lean, 5S and Continuous Improvement initiatives together with your team.Collaborate across teams: You work closely with Operations, Maintenance Engineers and external maintenance partners.Competitive salary with growth potential: Starting at €70,000 gross/year, with annual performance reviews designed to drive your personal and financial development.What you bringYou have a completed technical qualification with further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman, or a completed technical degree (Bachelor/Master), for example in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related fieldYou have 10+ years of experience in a technical or maintenance environment, ideally within an automated, logistics or production environmentYou have at least 3 years of leadership experience, for example as a Team Lead, Lead Technician, Supervisor or in a comparable roleYou have a hands-on mindset and understand both the technical and operational side of maintenanceYou have experience with Lean, 5S and Continuous Improvement and enjoy applying these principles on the shop floorYou work in a structured way, take ownership and stay calm and focused during critical breakdownsYou are fluent in both English (German is strong plus)What you can look forward to Smart Commute: Choose the way you move.
