Description
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the entire web development process, from frontend to backend, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
The Full Stack Engineer will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and technologies to drive innovation and enhance user experience.
Job Accountabilities
Design and develop high-quality web applications using frontend and backend technologies.Collaborate with product managers, SMEs and UX designers to understand requirements and create functional and user-friendly features.Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using modern web development languages and frameworks to produce effective APIs and user-friendly interfaces.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Optimize application performance and scalability through code optimization and database tuning.Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups.ComplianceEnsure that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried outMust report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer.
Minimum Qualifications
Intermediate to Advance in 2 or more per category and or expert in at least in 1
UI - Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g.
HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)Backend - Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g.
C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g.
Angular, React, Node.js)Databases - Familiarity with databases in both RDBMS and NoSQL(e.g.
MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g.
Apache) and UI/UX design.With proficient understanding of how containerization, CICD and DevSecOps works.Experience with RESTful API design and development and solid understanding of web protocols, standards, and security best practices.
