You partner closely with HR, finance, site leaders, and the plant director to manage time tracking and attendance data.
Your work directly supports our site operations, making sure everyone receives accurate pay while helping us manage our costs responsibly.
You take full ownership of our time administration software, primary using Pro-time.
You handle daily shift updates, process leave, and reconcile agency hours from 110 team members off peak season and up to 350 people during peak.
By keeping our operational records accurate every day, you help build a better business and support the people who make our products.
How you embrace curiosity daily Manage daily time tracking and attendance records for all plant employees using Pro-time software.
Collaborate daily with team leads, managers, and staffing agencies to correct hours, shifts, and absences.
Track and verify sick leave, medical appointments, and no shows to maintain accurate agency invoicing.
Close time administration systems on schedule to ensure precise weekly and monthly payroll runs.
Prepare key hourly workforce data and cost reports for the finance manager and leadership team.
