About The Role As a key member of our engineering team, the Cloud / Grafana-as-a-Service Developer will play a pivotal role in scaling and evolving Grafana’s core architecture to support a fully multi-tenant, scalable, and robust platform. This role involves transforming Grafana into a comprehensive observability app platform where both open-source and proprietary applications can seamlessly integrate with dashboards, alerts, incidents, and telemetry data, delivering highly integrated and user-centric experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with SaaS platforms at scale, with a focus on multi-tenancy, scalability, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for coding new features, improving system operations, and refining the user experience based on production insights. Your contributions will influence the platform’s roadmap, and you will collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will mentor team members, participate in design reviews, and support our on-call rotation to ensure high availability and reliability of our services.
