Senior Backend Engineer / Backend Engineering Lead – FinTech & SaaS

Our client is a fast-growing international technology company building modern fintech and SaaS platforms for the healthcare sector in the US market. Backed by experienced founders, global investors, and a highly entrepreneurial leadership team, the company is focused on transforming operational and financial workflows through scalable software products and intelligent automation. They are currently expanding their engineering team in Taiwan and are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer Lead to help drive the development of core platform and financial infrastructure capabilities. This position is ideal for an experienced backend engineer who enjoys building scalable systems, working on fintech-related products, and contributing within a fast-moving startup environment. You will play a key role in designing and developing backend services, integrating financial and payment-related APIs, and helping shape technical architecture decisions as the platform continues to scale. The role requires close collaboration with international stakeholders, including teams based in the United States, so strong English communication skills and flexibility to overlap with US working hours are important.
