With our fleet of 600+ aircraft, including the new Boeing 737-8200 ‘Gamechanger’ and 300 Boeing 737 MAX 10 on order, this is an excellent time to join our team, advance your career and join Europe’s leading airline.AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) are inviting applications for B1 Structures Engineers to be based at Stansted Airport working in cooperation with our client Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline.The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with existing Structures experience, who will work without direct supervision and be able to demonstrate a flexible working attitude in a fast-changing environment.With 600 aircraft, including the introduction of the Boeing 737-8200 “Gamechanger” and a growing Ryanair UK Fleet of 737-800, Ryanair offer exceptional career opportunities and progression within the industry.Duties as a Structures Engineer:Maintenance on the Ryanair’s fleet of Boeing 737-700/800, B737-8200, A320 and Learjets.Your daily work will require you to perform tasks such as: Grinding, drilling, riveting, bending, anti-corrosion protection, etc.Working with tools such as Bending machines, guillotines, drills or grinders.Working on the aircraft: working for the most suitable repair solutions in accordance with the documentation and their implementation.Training Sheet Metal Technicians RequirementsMust have extensive Structures experience.Must hold a minimum of EASA or UKCAA B1 License with Type rating.Excellent knowledge of materials used in aviation.Knowledge of technical drawing.Manual skills and precision, attention to detail.Willing to work in shift system.
