We’re Hiring – AI Engineer | Generative AI & LLM | Qatar STATERA Middle East is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join a strategic 1-year project in Qatar. Key Responsibilities Design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions in real-world environmentsDevelop Generative AI and LLM-based applicationsTranslate business requirements into practical and scalable AI solutionsDesign and optimize prompts and AI workflowsEvaluate LLM and AI model performance, quality, accuracy, and reliabilityDefine and execute AI model evaluation and validation approachesSupport the integration and deployment of AI solutions into production environmentsCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the AI solution lifecycle Required Experience & Skills 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI Engineering / Machine LearningStrong practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)Proven experience in Prompt EngineeringStrong knowledge of AI/LLM evaluation and testing methodologiesExperience building and deploying end-to-end AI solutionsAbility to translate business use cases into working AI applicationsStrong understanding of model performance, validation, and real-world AI use casesProficiency in PythonExperience with modern AI/LLM frameworks and APIsGood communication skills in English Nice to Have Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databasesExperience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworksKnowledge of MLOps / LLMOps and cloud environmentsPrevious experience delivering enterprise AI solutions 📍 Location: Qatar 📅 Project duration: 1 year ⚡ Start: ASAP We are looking for candidates who can move quickly through the recruitment process.
