Are you a data scientist who wants to build and improve AI and data solutions with impact in a regulated environment?In this role, you will work hands-on on data analyses and AI-driven solutions that help Compliance make better, faster and more evidence-based decisions across NN. You will be part of a small specialist team that owns its solutions end-to-end: from analysis and design to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement. Experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, data preparation and deployment helps you contribute across the full data science lifecycleYou like taking end-to-end ownership of data and AI solutions: bringing them into production, improving them over time, reducing technical debt and monitoring behaviour, performance and risksYou are familiar with modern software engineering practices, such as working with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure), version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines, to build and operate solutions in a structured and maintainable wayYou work closely with Compliance colleagues and end users to turn open questions into working solutions. You combine analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication, an open attitude and a result-oriented way of workingWho you will work withYou will be part of the Domain Data & Digital: a small specialist domain that focuses on data analysis, dashboarding, automation and AI solutions for the second line. The team works closely together with other domains in Compliance, such as Compliance Risk Management, Conduct, Financial Economic Crime and Products, and takes end-to-end ownership of the solutions it builds and maintains.Together, you turn compliance challenges into practical data and AI solutions that are used in daily work.You will also work closely with IT teams, data engineers and analytics colleagues across NN to ensure that solutions are technically robust, scalable and maintainable. The solutions you build are used within the Compliance domains. You will work in an environment where data and AI are becoming a structural part of how Compliance operates. The focus is on ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement, with room to shape future-ready solutions. You will also be an active member of the Data Science & AI guild, a community of around 100 Data Scientists and AI Engineers across NN.
