Mode: Hybrid (flexible) Location: Kraków Contract: B2B Rate: 180-200 PLN Duration: long term assignment Summary: The Senior Full Stack Developer role is crucial for leading the technology transformation, focusing on improving core credit and lending technology platforms within a large-scale regulatory programme. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leaders and engineering teams on the Wholesale Credit & Lending Technology transformation.Redesign and modernize core technology platforms to support credit and lending processes across global markets.Enhance data quality, traceability, and governance within existing systems and models.Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.Support the transition from legacy platforms to modern technologies. Key Requirements: Proficient in Python Full Stack Development.Strong database management skills, especially with PostgreSQL (Postgres).Experience with modern development practices and engineering mindsets.Ability to perform efficient code reviews with attention to detail.A pragmatic approach to engineering, focusing on effective solutions. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Claude AI tooling.Experience with Quantexa.Basic knowledge of DevOps principles.
