Description

🚀 Founding (Staff) Software Engineer | Competitive Salary + Equity | London I’m working with an early-stage technology company that is looking for a senior engineer to join at a genuinely formative stage of the business. You’ll work directly with the founding team, have a significant say in how the product develops and take responsibility for turning ideas into production-ready software. The company is tackling a complex problem sitting at the intersection of software engineering, data and AI, with a product that is already being used by customers and plenty of scope still to shape what comes next. What they're looking for: • 8+ years experience with React and TypeScript • Comfortable working across the backend, using Node.js, Python or similar • A track record of taking ownership of significant product areas • Experience in a startup, scale-up or similarly high-autonomy environment • The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people Experience with AI-enabled products, data-heavy systems or complex B2B software would be particularly interesting. Why consider it? ⭐ Join while the engineering team is still small enough for your decisions to genuinely matter ⭐ Work alongside founders who are deeply involved in the product and technology ⭐ Help shape both the technical foundations and the product itself ⭐ Get exposure to customers and understand the problems you're solving first-hand ⭐ Take on a broad engineering remit rather than being restricted to one part of a large system ⭐ Meaningful equity with the opportunity to participate in the company's growth London-based. UK right to work required. If you're currently a Senior or Founding Engineer and you're looking for something where you can have a much bigger influence, please apply below to find out more.
