Here at Whitbread, we’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the implementation, operation and continued evolution of our Revenue Management Systems (RMS) platform.
This is a commercially critical technology leadership role with end-to-end accountability for the delivery, performance, adoption and operation of the RMS technology ecosystem.
You’ll help establish revenue management technology as a strategic capability, supporting better pricing, forecasting, inventory decisions and commercial performance.
Working across Commercial, Revenue Management, Finance, Data & Analytics and Technology, you’ll translate business priorities into a clear product strategy, roadmap and delivery plan.
You’ll also manage key technology suppliers and implementation partners, ensuring the platform delivers measurable value and moves successfully from implementation into stable operation and continuous improvement

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Technical product Manager, You’ll shape the RMS product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap in partnership with senior commercial leaders, while leading the end-to-end implementation from discovery and design through to deployment and stabilisation.
You’ll own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing commercial demand, innovation, operational stability and technical debt, and bring together teams across Commercial, Data, Architecture, Engineering and Operations, alongside external partners, to deliver agreed outcomes.
You’ll also take ownership of product health, service performance, resilience, security and the ongoing support model, while managing strategic vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, supplier performance and commercial negotiations.
By tracking investment, costs and benefits, you’ll ensure the platform delivers measurable commercial value and establish yourself as the technology subject-matter expert for revenue management, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience delivering a large-scale enterprise SaaS platform or similarly complex technology transformation.A strong understanding of product operating models, agile delivery and the software development lifecycle.The ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders and resolve competing priorities.The ability to translate commercial outcomes into product strategy, technical scope, roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.Clear, credible and inspiring communication and leadership skills.
