Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid role based in Gibraltar.
As a Sportsbook Proposition & Promotions Executive, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Sportsbook promotions that attract, reward and retain customers across one of the UK's most recognised betting brands.
You'll play a key role in optimising promotional performance, maximising ROI, and helping shape a market-leading customer proposition.
Reporting to the Proposition Manager, you will be part of the Sportsbook Proposition Team, supporting the creation and execution of the Sportsbook proposition strategy.
You'll work closely with teams across CRM, Performance Marketing, Content, Brand Marketing, Operations and Compliance to deliver seamless promotional campaigns and product launches.
You'll also analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive initiatives that enhance customer engagement and commercial performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, commercial team where you'll have direct influence over customer-facing promotions and the Sportsbook experience.
