A well-funded technology company building the trust and identity infrastructure that modern digital services increasingly need.
Their work sits at the intersection of AI, decentralised identity, and data ownership - a space that's growing rapidly and where the technical problems are genuinely hard.
Small team, serious culture, high ownership.
Berlin-based with a globally distributed engineering organisation.
The role
This is a product role for someone who can operate at the intersection of technical depth and product judgment.
You'll be defining how trust is built into next-generation AI systems - working on verifiable identity, policy guardrails, and real-time observability for AI agents in production environments.
The expectation is that you stay close to the engineering.
This isn't a requirements-gathering or roadmap-coordination position.
You'll be working side by side with engineers to turn ambitious ideas into shipped product, fast and iteratively, with the technical credibility to engage on trade-offs and guide decisions rather than just relay them.
If you've built a career where you've combined genuine technical depth with strong product instincts, and you enjoy working on problems that don't come with a playbook, this role is built for you.
What you'll do
Partner closely with engineering to define and refine solutions early - from concept to production in practical, incremental stepsTake ownership of ambiguous problem spaces, structure them into clear paths forward, and keep momentum as direction evolvesOwn product direction for your domain - contributing to roadmap, making trade-offs, and aligning short-term delivery with longer-term platform thinkingWork across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, with regular exposure to senior and executive stakeholdersBe genuinely developer-obsessed - understanding workflows, pain points, and integration experience at a level that shapes real product decisionsWhat they're looking for
5+ years in Technical Product Management with a strong technical background - you can engage deeply on system design, APIs, and integrations, not just talk about themA track record of shipping products in close collaboration with engineering teams in fast-paced, product-led environmentsComfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities - you bring structure, not just processClear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences, with the credibility to drive alignment with experienced stakeholdersExperience in identity, distributed systems, or AI-adjacent domains is a meaningful advantage
